Meet Amani Mansour
Nobody told me that becoming a mother would be the thing that made me a better leader — and helped me understand why so many brilliant women quietly disappear from the rooms they belong in.
I know what it feels like to hold a baby in one arm and a career in the other, wondering which one you're doing justice. I know the mental load that doesn't have a name — the invisible weight of running a household, raising humans, meeting expectations, and still trying to show up fully at work. I know what it's like to inherit a version of motherhood from the women before you that no longer fits the world you're living in.
That's why I do this work. Not from theory — from lived experience, and from 15+ years of sitting with leaders, teams, and organisations across the globe as they navigate the hardest, most human parts of their professional lives.
My background spans McKinsey & Company in New York and Dubai, nine years with HSBC across Beirut and Hong Kong, and a 16-month leadership transformation that touched over 2,000 people at a regional bank. I hold an M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, a B.S. in Business from the Lebanese American University, and I'm a Professional Certified Coach-in-training with Cultivating Leadership.
But what I'm most proud of is this: I've built a practice where women — especially mothers — come in feeling like they've lost themselves, and leave knowing exactly who they are as leaders.
